About Me

My Story

Rustic wooden elephant puzzle toy surrounded by straw, showcasing artisan craftsmanship.

Devastation, shock, confusion and denial. These are some of the feelings I can clearly remember having when I received my son’s Autism diagnosis a few years ago.

A feeling of being robbed of all the hopes and dreams that I had for my boy.

As parents, we were given recommended therapies, schools and books to be read for more insight into the world of Autism. The days and weeks that followed were filled with doubts, anger and helplessness as the more I researched, the more I felt I was going through a maze. There was no

clear start point or road map for parents of newly diagnosed Autism kids.

Rather than accepting a narrow outlook, I began researching nutrition, environmental influences, and holistic approaches that extended beyond conventional models.

My son’s progression has made me come

to the belief that a diagnosis is not a chiIds destiny. Given the correct support and interventions, a childs potential is endless!

My Approach

Cute plush teddy bear with heart decorations, perfect for Valentine's Day gifts or decoration.

My approach integrates mindset of parents, nutrition, need based parenting, lifestyle and gentle detox methods.

There is no quick fix to Autism and it isn’t something to be ‘fixed’.

Instead, through a holistic approach, we are able to have positive and lasting change over time.

My work is aimed at guiding parents to make informed decisions through holistic education and evidence-based research.
